Merchant Transparency
SKanDDa is an online retail store operated by SKanDDa Worldwide LLC. We sell curated fashion, gifting, lifestyle, grocery, and seasonal products directly to customers in our current UAE delivery areas. Customers can contact us before or after placing an order through WhatsApp, phone, email, or the contact form.
1. General Terms & Conditions
- All products listed are genuine and sourced from verified suppliers and artisans.
- Prices are shown in AED and may vary based on availability or supplier costs.
- Orders are confirmed only after our team verifies product availability.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Customized or personalized items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable unless received damaged.
- All images shown on the website are for reference; slight variations in color or design may occur as many products are handcrafted.
- SKanDDA reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
- All activities and transactions fall under the jurisdiction of UAE laws.
2. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. We collect only basic details required to process your order, such as your name, address, contact number, and delivery preferences.
- We do not store any sensitive information such as payment details, as we currently operate only through Cash on Delivery (COD).
- The information you share is used solely for order confirmation, delivery, and customer communication.
- We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with any third party.
- You may request correction or deletion of your personal details at any time by contacting us at info@skandda.com.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days for ready products and up to 10 days for customized or made-to-order items.
- Delivery is handled by SKanDDA's in-house team or trusted local courier partners.
- Shipping applies below AED 100, but it is free if you are close to Mirdif.
- We currently offer delivery within Dubai & Sharjah only.
- Delays caused by courier, weather, or public holidays will be communicated to customers promptly.
4. Return & Replacement Policy
- Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds do not apply.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- After verification, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- No return or replacement is possible for customized or personalized items, or items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
